Responsibilities

Identify and research potential new customers through our online lead generation tools, emails, social selling, and other prospecting methods
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
Share qualified leads and detailed opportunity insights with Outside Sales Account Executives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM/salesforce
Work closely with Outside Sales to ensure smooth handoff of opportunities and alignment of target accounts
Provide feedback on lead quality, market trends, and prospective objections
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Meet or exceed activity, lead generation, and opportunity creation goals
Provide regular reports and insights to sales leadership
Work with regional sales managers, identify opportunities and determine which customers to pursue and allocate resources to, to best achieve initiatives
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or related area
Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
2-3+ years in an inside sales position, technical sales experience a plus

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth
Relationship-building skills
Ability to identify customer pain points
Experience supporting or working alongside an Outside Sales team
