Responsibilities

Responsible for managing all U.S. Government (USG) end use subcontracts with suppliers that will provide products and services necessary to perform install operations to our customers throughout the life cycle of a project

Work with a sense of urgency; proactively engage with the internal program office/contracts group and support lead Program Managers when dealing with matters of subcontractor cost, performance, and schedule

Administer existing subcontracts with interaction with Program, Project, and Cost/Estimating Teams

Required

6 or more years of procurement/subcontracts administration experience

DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)

Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle

Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations

Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with procurement software and tools
