Responsibilities
Serve as a technical point of contact for Workday Core HCM, with strong emphasis on Security and Reporting
Provide end-to-end support for Workday HCM, including Compensation and Benefits
Perform hands-on configuration of Workday business processes and workflows
Manage system maintenance, upgrades, releases, and user access
Design, build, test, and support integrations between Workday and external systems using EIBs and core connectors
Analyze and troubleshoot integration and system issues
Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality through system administration and controls
Develop reports, analyze HR data, and present findings to stakeholders
Promote and enforce global HRIS best practices and standards
Oversee Workday security configuration, including roles, permissions, and compliance
Create and maintain system and process documentation
Support and train HR users globally on Workday functionality
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on, end-to-end Workday HCM experience
Strong experience supporting Compensation and Benefits
Proven experience configuring Workday business processes and workflows
Solid understanding of Workday Security and Reporting
Experience building and supporting Workday integrations (EIBs, core connectors)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate effectively with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
Experience supporting global HRIS environments preferred
