Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, bill entry, and payment posting
Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring all documentation is filed properly
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor accounts as needed
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
Prepare and distribute financial reports or summaries as requested
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing or payment inquiries
Assist with data entry, expense tracking, and general ledger updates
Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Provide administrative support to the Accounting Manager or Controller, including special projects as assigned

Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records
