Responsibilities
Review and validate market data invoices; ensure accuracy against contract terms
Maintain market data inventory, entitlements, and usage records
Assist with financial processes, including accruals, chargebacks, and cost reporting
Track contract renewals, amendments, and pricing updates; coordinate with vendors
Prepare monthly cost analysis and variance reports
Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve service or billing issues
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P Global, or similar platforms
Ability to understand contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Exposure to market data inventory or financial systems (e.g., FITS)
Understanding of accruals, GL processes, and cost allocation
