Responsibilities
Partner directly with founders on day-to-day execution, scheduling, travel, and priorities
Own core People Ops across onboarding, recruiting support, HR administration, and team events
Support internal communications, meeting prep, follow-ups, and project tracking
Coordinate logistics for offsites, board meetings, and critical internal initiatives
Build and improve processes, documentation, and workflows as the company grows
Help shape culture and employee experience in an early-stage environment
Qualification
Required
5–10 years' experience in People Ops, EA, or an operations-heavy role at a high-growth company
Comfortable supporting senior leaders with high trust and autonomy
Highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred
Startup or early-stage experience strongly preferred
