Vice President of Sales

Reyes Beverage Group is focused on growing their business through effective sales strategies. The Vice President of Sales will direct the On Premise Sales, Off Premise Sales, and Merchandising departments, ensuring compliance and efficient resource usage while leading talent development and sales strategy initiatives.

Responsibilities

Supervise assigned staff to include: Interview, Recruiting, hire, train, coach, counsel, transfer, promote and when necessary discipline and terminate
Drive regional talent development and succession planning through strategic coaching and performance reviews
Handle customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner
Communicate all company and department-related issues as required
Champion cultural and operational change across the sales organization, positioning the company for future growth and innovation
Lead sales strategy meetings and monthly business performance reviews to drive accountability and progress on objectives
Other projects or duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
7 to 10 years experience in a sales position in a beverage distribution environment
