In this role, interns will work closely with a senior mentor to conduct research that informs product design, while gaining valuable technical knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing research plans, interview guides, and participant recruitment materials
Support the execution of user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests
Help conduct standard research activities such as usability testing, card sorting, and concept evaluations
Summarize and synthesize research findings for review by senior researchers and cross-functional teams
Organize and maintain research data, documentation, and insights for easy access and reference
Network with other talented interns in a workplace where you can be yourself and thrive
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research techniques such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
Ability to analyze and synthesize data to uncover insights and user behavior patterns
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and presenting research findings
Basic knowledge and willingness to use AI tools to aid research processes
