Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation of the Lou-Rich facility
Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and building systems in accordance with ISO 9001 procedures and documentation requirements
Plan, lay out, and execute repair work for machinery, equipment, and facility areas, including determining materials, tools, and methods needed
Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and minor fabrication work
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and work orders to complete maintenance tasks accurately
Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively across multiple trades
Qualification
Required
