Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain risk, issue, and decision documentation with contributions from workstream teams on a weekly basis

Collaborate with the State PMO team to log new risks, issues, and decisions in the designated tracking system

Update weekly and monthly status reports and present findings in monthly PMO meetings

Conduct weekly internal meetings to gather and update new risks, issues, and decisions

Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on outstanding risks and issues
