Responsibilities
Managing and updating all assigned technical tickets in accordance with company policy and management direction
Communicating with other Alvaria teams to bring about resolution and positive customer outcomes
Root Cause Analysis
Maintaining the operation of technology platforms managed by CVS
On-Call “tier 1” level troubleshooting of all the above technologies
Patch management
Diagnostics
Vendor liaison for hardware faults
Operational monitoring
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience (>50% of your days) in one technology area
Demonstrate knowledge, some ability in at least two other areas listed
Experience with VMware vSphere V7 and V8
Experience with Dell Unity, HPE 3PAR, Primera, Pure Storage, Qumulo
Experience with Veeam on HPE, Rubrik, Zerto
Experience with HPE, Synergy Gen11, C7000 Gen10 Blades, Dell R640s
Experience with Power shell scripting
Ability to manage and update all assigned technical tickets in accordance with company policy and management direction
Ability to communicate with other Alvaria teams to bring about resolution and positive customer outcomes
Ability to perform root cause analysis
Ability to maintain the operation of technology platforms managed by CVS
Ability to perform on-call 'tier 1' level troubleshooting of all the above technologies
Ability to perform patch management
Ability to perform diagnostics
Ability to liaise with vendors for hardware faults
Ability to perform operational monitoring

Experience in leading peers in area of strength while architecting, troubleshooting and defining go forward configuration details
