Our client, Resource 1, is seeking a MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant for a long-term contract in downtown Chicago to support a financial transformation initiative involving the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 F&O.

Responsibilities
Attend design sessions and develop a strong understanding of the client s complex business processes and data relationships
Work closely with business users to provide functional support in the transition to Dynamics 365, including addressing issues, troubleshooting problems, implementing system enhancements, and performing root cause analysis
Train end-users on system functionality/navigation and best practices to maximize utilization
Execute test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO) created by the implementation partner
Perform data validation to ensure data mapping is accurate
Qualification
Required
In-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, particularly F&O
Ability to understand complex business processes and data relationships
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to adapt to changing client needs and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment
