As a Sr. Product Manager on the Identity team, you will develop and deliver innovative identity solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch products that enhance customer trust.

Responsibilities

Drive the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of identity products and features (e.g., identity lifecycle management, identity graph, consent management, digital identity solutions)

Translate strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories. Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility

Partner with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure identity solutions. Support go-to-market and commercialization efforts for digital identity products

Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders. Gather feedback from internal and external partners to inform product decisions

Stay current on digital identity trends, standards, and regulatory requirements. Support efforts to align Chase’s identity products with industry best practices

Track and report on product KPIs (e.g., adoption, conversion, user experience, fraud rates). Use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
