Support provider outreach, partnerships, and community engagement efforts
Assist with events, promotions, and location launches
Coordinate with vendors, designers, and external partners
Track basic performance metrics and prepare summaries or reports
Maintain marketing assets, templates, and internal documentation
Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing function
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
Proficiency with common tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, email platforms, and social media tools
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or professional services is a plus, but not required
