Responsibilities
AI/ML & Agentic AI Leadership
Architect, design, and implement Agentic AI frameworks, RAG pipelines, and LLM-based solutions for enterprise use cases
Lead development, training, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning and deep learning models
Drive adoption of AI-first strategies, applying NLP, GenAI, and intelligent automation
Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies to align with organizational goals
Mentor junior engineers and analysts, establishing best practices in AI/ML development
Data Process & Systems Integration
Design and manage end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines across structured and unstructured data sources
Define and maintain system workflows, data flows, and APIs for seamless integration with ERP, CRM, and enterprise systems
Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance across processes
Partner with IT and DevOps teams to design cloud-native, scalable AI/ML architectures
Business & Strategic Impact
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring AI/ML outcomes support business KPIs
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives using AI/ML and RPA
Deliver dashboards, reports, and predictive insights that inform business strategy
Drive cloud adoption strategy (AWS, Azure) for AI/ML and data analytics workloads
