Responsibilities
Represent plaintiffs in FCRA class action litigation from intake through resolution
Conduct legal research and draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs
Manage all phases of complex litigation, including certification and settlement approval
Coordinate with experts, co-counsel, and opposing counsel to strengthen case strategy
Stay current on FCRA class action case law and regulatory developments
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing
Minimum of 4 years of plaintiff-side litigation experience, FCRA class actions required
Strong knowledge of FCRA compliance, certification standards, and plaintiff procedures
Demonstrated experience handling complex or high-volume class action matters
Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills
