Responsibilities

Oversee the technical execution of DMS S3 Services implementations, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and quality standards
Coordinate with internal engineering, integration, and testing teams to drive project milestones
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
Build strong customer relationships and act as a bridge between project teams and utility stakeholders
Configure, integrate, and validate DMS S3 modules including:
Fault Location, Isolation & Service Restoration (FLISR)
Volt/VAR Optimization (VVO)
Outage Management interfaces
Switching Management
Network Model integration
Develop and maintain technical documentation such as system design notes, configuration guides, and test procedures
Support key project phases including:
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
System cutover and go-live activities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and post-implementation support
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, utility IT/OT policies , and customer quality processes

Required

Hands-on experience with DMS S3 Services or similar Distribution Management / ADMS platforms (must have)
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (must have)
Remote, with flexibility to travel as required

Preferred

Understanding of distribution grid operations and DMS workflows (FLISR, VVO, Switching)
Familiarity with SCADA/DMS/OMS integration and utility network modeling
Experience with Linux and Windows environments
Knowledge of networking concepts, system integration, and cybersecurity best practices
Exposure to tools like Jira, qTest, and automation or scripting frameworks
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions
