Responsibilities

Initiate contact with new leads without needing external prompts as a proactive BDR
Maintain a high volume of cold calls each day, viewing rejection as a learning opportunity
Build strong relationships with prospects, prioritizing meaningful connections over quick sales
Collaborate with team members, sharing successful strategies and supporting team goals
Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to shape your territory planning and account strategy as a BDR
Adapt to changes in team dynamics, leadership, or roles while maintaining productivity

Required

1-2 years' experience as an SDR or BDR identifying and qualifying sales opportunities while articulating product value propositions via phone and email preferred
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets set for BDRs
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate value propositions effectively
Strong organizational skills to keep detailed records and prioritize tasks
High emotional intelligence to build rapport and maintain professionalism during conflicts
Ability to achieve monthly performance KPIs and opportunity creation quotas for BDRs
You must be coachable! We will provide you with many opportunities to grow your sales skills, but it's up to you to incorporate them into your day-to-day
