Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Medline Industries is a global healthcare company with a strong presence in reprocessing surgical instruments. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the swing shift production team, ensuring timely and accurate production of medical products while maintaining inventory integrity and compliance with FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate product processing
Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling and coordinate resources to ensure minimal backorders. Ensure overall quality of the items produced
Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet the established production schedules and service levels
Create all needed paperwork, the completion of all required functions and the electronic receipt of finished goods. Ensure compliance with all regulatory functions that apply
Ensure inventory integrity for components and finished product
Lead and mentor department team Leads
Review and approve time cards, PTO requests, and absences
Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
At least 2 years previous production experience
Previous experience as a department lead or supervisor a plus
At least 1 year of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work
Previous experience with Workday
