Responsibilities
Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all residents and guests
Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions regarding meals, ingredients, and dietary options
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
Deliver meals in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and work areas
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Assist with table setup, bussing, reset, and overall dining room preparation
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when appropriate
Support special events, holiday meals, and other community activities as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and punctual
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or items as required
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Preferred
Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
