Responsibilities

Partner directly with Engineering, Product, Data, and Security leaders to define hiring needs, role scope, and talent profiles
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across multiple levels (IC through leadership)
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for competitive Tech and SaaS talent markets
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, compensation trends, and candidate availability
Screen and assess candidates for technical depth, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment
Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer close
Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Legal on headcount planning, offers, and compliance
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in the ATS
Continuously improve recruiting processes, tooling, and stakeholder engagement

Required

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Tech and SaaS environments
Proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineering, Data, Product, Security, or Infrastructure
Experience partnering with senior technical leaders and influencing hiring decisions
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, niche platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience supporting global or distributed teams
Exposure to scaling teams in a high-growth SaaS company
Familiarity with technical interview processes and evaluation frameworks
Experience working closely with Finance on headcount planning and budgeting
