Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret insurance policies, including CGL, professional liability, property, and specialty lines
Draft coverage opinions, position letters, and related documentation
Represent insurers in coverage and bad-faith litigation
Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs
Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and recommendations
Support partners and independently manage assigned matters
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Minimum 5 years of insurance coverage experience (coverage litigation and/or analysis)
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters with strong attention to detail
Missouri bar license required
Preferred
Illinois license also preferred
