Responsibilities
Provide challenging rotations in three to four functional areas including Supply Risk and Resilience, Business Planning, Supply Chain Strategy, Commodity Management, Sourcing, Quality, and Project Management
Gain a valuable understanding of our end-to-end value chain
Contribute to corporate strategy and deliver actual business results
Develop a cross functional network that will expand as your career grows
Work with current program participants to drive ongoing improvement and expansion of Bose Rotational Programs
Receive mentoring and guidance from Bose leadership and executive sponsors
Qualification
Required
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field and expecting to graduate by Summer 2026
6 months minimum to 2 years maximum cumulative relevant work experience
Capacity to lead, motivate and influence through effective communications
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong demonstrated analytical skills
Proven track record of success and results
Preferred
More specific experience in SAP, Jira, Confluence, AI tools
