Responsibilities
Solution Architect: A critical role to face off with business on technology solutions. Must have a wide variety of implementations in wealth/investment/finance vertical
Must be able to articulate the solution and provide end to end support on the solution
Must possess knowledge on Data management, Architecture Principles, enterprise SDLC processes and its. Databricks
8+ years exp responsible for vision/ideation, solution design, requirements gathering, specification elaboration, delivery team support (Development & QA), requirements analysis, and design for many transformational changes
Experience working with cloud-first architectures and how to design solutions that take advantage of the opportunities they offer
Experience of working with stakeholders to make decisions on technology choices, using the most appropriate languages, frameworks and tools to meet user and business needs
Experience leading technical teams and delivering user-centred services in an agile environment
Knowledge of open source principles and technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, bridging technical and non-technical audiences
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and emerging tech
Strategic thinking to align solutions with business objectives
Leadership and mentoring for technical teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
10 years of experience
Experience in wealth/investment/finance vertical
Ability to articulate solutions and provide end to end support
Knowledge on Data management, Architecture Principles, enterprise SDLC processes
8+ years experience in vision/ideation, solution design, requirements gathering, specification elaboration, delivery team support (Development & QA), requirements analysis, and design for transformational changes
Experience working with cloud-first architectures
