Responsibilities

Proven knowledge of electronic filing requirements at state and federal courts in Nevada

Excellent research and writing skills

Work proactively, independently and as part of a team

Ability to forecast and calendar court filings and docket deadlines

Organize, prioritize and implement urgent tasks with strong attention to detail

Provide excellent written and verbal communication

Remain self-directed, self-motivated and effectively work under tight time constraints

Ability to consistently create and deliver quality work products

Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and PDF maker (Nuance or Adobe Pro); demonstrated efficiency navigating the internet

IManage experience a plus
