Litigation Management: Take an active role in all stages of Employment litigation, from pleadings to trial preparation, representing clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes
Courtroom Advocacy: Appear in state and federal courts across Boston; managing hearings, depositions, and motions
Client Collaboration: Advise clients on complex employment law matters, providing strategic solutions tailored to their needs
Trial Prep : Assist in developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial teams in high-stakes cases
Qualification
Required
Licensed Litigator: Admitted to practice in Massachusetts, with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
Detail-Oriented Advocate: Skilled in drafting motions, conducting depositions, and building strong legal arguments
