The IRA Specialist will assist external customers in establishing new IRAs, oversee the preparation of IRA documents, and communicate with both the internal sales team and external financial institutions.

Responsibilities
Preparation of IRA rollover forms and maintenance of internal records
Communicating with Customers and Custodians via phone and email
Heavy data entry, follow up and tracking of accounts using Salesforce and other internal systems
Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior experience and familiarity with IRA's or other financial services/products
Familiarity with Mac operating system
Familiarity with Gmail and the Google Workspace
Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, DocuSign Adobe PDF and Excel
High attention to detail with speed and accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Personable, service-oriented, and respectful at all times
Be flexible in daily assignments; multi-task with ease
Be highly organized; able to set priorities and meet deadlines
Follow tasks through to completion; takes initiative and is willing go the extra mile
