Managing Consultant - Enterprise Strategy
IBM is a leading consulting firm that helps businesses identify new opportunities with AI and other technologies. In this role, the Managing Consultant will help set up project plans, lead analyses, and drive content creation while managing additional resources to assist with execution.

Responsibilities
Help clients develop robust enterprise strategies related to AI and digital transformations
Design new operating models to support AI and digital transformations
Develop business cases to identify the value drivers and potential from transformation
Manage transformation programs, ensuring alignment to value
Identify, value, and develop new opportunities with AI
Qualification
Required
MBA Required
Experience identifying and recommending AI use cases and solutions
Strong analytical skills and ability to build valuation models
Strong communication skills and ability to design and create effective PowerPoint presentations
Strong comfort using AI tools and assistants, including prompt engineering
Self-starter, able to work with light direction and take ownership of activities
Team player, eager to collaborate with others
Expertise in a specific industry area(s) within Industrials, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or TMT
2 to 4 years of experience post-MBA
Preferred
At least 2 years of consulting experience, ideally working on strategic projects
Proven track record of driving large-scale transformations within major corporations
Strong understanding of enterprise strategy, operating models, AI, and digital transformation initiatives
Master's Degree
