Assist buyers in finding suitable land for their new home
Guide homeowners interested in building on their own land
Serve as a trusted advisor through the land and home-building journey
Collaborate with internal teams to bring each home vision to life
Qualification
Required
Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong follow-up, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
Ability and willingness to work weekends
Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license
Valid Florida Driver License and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Sales experience (real estate or homebuilding preferred)
