Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance on best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualization

Collaborate with cross-functional Capital Market teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions

Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending actionable solutions based on data analysis

Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit business requirements and ensure stakeholder engagement

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner to support strategic planning

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields

8+ years of relevant business analyst experience

1-2 years of Capital Markets banking experience

Ability to work onsite in Uptown Charlotte at least 3 days a week
