Responsibilities

Assist with project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure successful project execution

Join cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive project progress and resolve issues in a timely manner

Monitor project management methodologies to optimize processes and enhance team performance

Attend regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as needed based on project dynamics

Identify project risks and assist with mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields

Ability to work onsite in Uptown Charlotte at least three days a week
