Responsibilities
Work in an agile team setting to define requirements, plan, and deliver PAM capabilities on-time
Implement and operationalize Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as enterprise vault, application secrets management, privileged session proxies, and just-in-time (JIT) access workflows
Develop automation and tools for privileged access management integrations
Troubleshoot complex PAM issues and provide technical guidance to peers and stakeholders
Understand enterprise privileged access scenarios and develop detailed technical requirements documentation
Maintain operational excellence of mission-critical systems and participate in IAM on-call rotation
Identify and measure PAM metrics to demonstrate risk reduction and operational maturity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
2-4 years of hands-on experience implementing and operating enterprise PAM solutions (CyberArk, or similar)
Strong communication skills, a team player, and adhere to a collaborative work environment
Ability to build and deploy automation in cloud platforms and familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Understanding of cloud IAM / PAM capabilities across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Familiarity with IaaS/PaaS architectures running on AWS, Azure, or similar platforms
Working knowledge of PKI fundamentals, certificate lifecycle management, and secrets management best practices
Experience working with fast-paced operations/dev teams, DevOps practices are required
Knowledge of information security technologies and industry best practices
Working knowledge of IAM Services, LDAP, Active Directory, Single Sign-On and Federation Protocols
Preferred
Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
