They are seeking a Thermite Engineer to be responsible for thermite product development, collaborating with various technical teams to create next-generation solutions while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage multiple, simultaneous thermite development projects

Design and develop new products and systems to expand and enhance BiSN’s tool portfolio

Define, document, and communicate test protocols and qualification plans

Analyze test results and draft detailed reports documenting the findings

Perform root cause analysis on lab and field tests and implement corrective actions

Conduct design analysis along with thermodynamics, kinetics and thermal calculations of thermite combustion

Perform work in strict compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Plan timelines, submit work orders and maintain oversight of items throughout the production and testing cycle
