Build the DeFi yield playbook (strategy that can be operated)
Run yield operations end-to-end (the part that actually prints results)
Risk controls that don’t slow you down (but save you when it matters)
Protocol due diligence (practical, not academic)
Reporting & communication (make it easy to trust the numbers)
Qualification
Required
U.S.-based applicants only — this role is open only to candidates currently located in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S
5+ years in crypto/DeFi, trading operations, treasury, or onchain strategy roles with hands-on responsibility (you've actually moved funds and managed positions)
Strong grasp of DeFi yield mechanics and risk: lending markets, AMMs/LP, incentives, liquidations, depeg dynamics, oracle risk, governance/upgrade risk
An operator's mindset: meticulous, calm under pressure, and allergic to 'we'll fix it later.'
Comfort with onchain tooling and verification (block explorers, analytics dashboards, transaction simulation/monitoring). You don't need to code, but you should be able to reason about what a transaction will do before it hits the chain
Clear communication — written and verbal — especially when markets are moving fast
Preferred
Experience running stablecoin-focused yield strategies with tight risk controls
Experience with institutional wallet/custody workflows, whitelisting, and multi-approver operations
Familiarity with onchain risk monitoring and structured strategy design (including hedged or delta-managed approaches)
