Employee Assistance Case Manager
Arizona State University is seeking a compassionate and skilled Employee Assistance Case Manager to provide behavioral health services and case management to university employees. The role involves designing and delivering various support services, conducting outreach, and fostering employee wellbeing through educational workshops and community partnerships.

Responsibilities
Responsible for Grievewell at ASU programming, promotion, and coordination
Conduct intakes, match volunteers with community needs, and serve as a liaison to support program participants
Provide peer training, coordination, response, and support of grief programming to the ASU community
Facilitate group sessions and volunteer peer support reviews and continuing education using evidence-informed practices
Design and deliver educational workshops and training sessions related to mental health, resilience, grief, and workplace wellbeing
Responsible for program communication, evaluation, and reporting
Offer consultation and training to supervisors, managers, and administrators
Serve as a liaison to campus and community partners to enhance service coordination and outreach efforts
Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in alignment with HIPAA and university guidelines
Participate in professional development, team meetings, and program planning efforts
Coordinate insurance coverage with the eligibility of participants and perform case management and referral when appropriate
Participate in relevant committees, task forces, and work groups to provide an employee wellbeing perspective
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
Master's degree in Social Work or related field with current State of Arizona license through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE), AND, one year of experience in peer counseling, case management, OR program management. OR, any equivalent combination of experience and /or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved
Knowledge of mental health principles and practices
Knowledge of peer support models and volunteer coordination
Ability to provide short-term intervention, including assessment and evaluation, information and referral, and crisis intervention
Ability to demonstrate presence, self-confidence, and empathetic listening
Skill in consultation and program development procedures and practices
Skill in supervisory training and outreach
Skill in program coordination and case management
Skill in effective written and verbal communication
Knowledge of community resources
