Responsibilities
Responsible for maintenance department safety, quality, production and delivery objectives in his/her area of responsibility
Provide the proactive leadership necessary to achieve and maintain a continuous improvement mind set for the team
Communicate and prioritize daily work assignments to the team
Participate in root cause analysis and team problem solving activities (ex. 8D reports, department meetings, etc.)
Responsible for ensuring the entire team has the necessary tools and materials to properly perform their roles safely and efficiently
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelors Degree in Applied Science in Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial Technology
eight (8) years of work experience
Minimum of six (6) years as a maintenance supervisor
