Making independent decisions
Assisting in the development of manufacturing processes
Troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in path lab technologies
Proficiency in CAD software, including Solidworks
Proven ability to write and execute lab and engineering testing protocols
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, self-starting approach
Possesses a strong capacity for innovation and creativity, with a dedication to process optimization
Bachelors in Engineering with 2-5 years of experience
Preferred
Mechanical Engineering preferred
