Responsibilities

Lead the development of original design concepts that meet strategic goals and client requirements
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design concepts with technical and business considerations
Create detailed sketches, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality

Required

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field
At least 7 years of professional experience in conceptual design or a closely related discipline
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative conceptual design work and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly

Preferred

Master's degree in a relevant design discipline
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and human-centered design methodologies
Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques to create physical or digital mockups
Previous leadership experience managing design projects or teams
