Director, Strategic Solutions
YPrime is a company that pioneers solutions to streamline the clinical trial journey. The Director, Strategic Solutions, is responsible for expanding YPrime’s footprint within the pharmaceutical market by leading new client acquisition and growing existing accounts through consultative selling and solution-oriented partnerships.
Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales quota and maintain ownership of all sales and coordination activities throughout the sales lifecycle
Open new customer relationships while expanding and deepening existing client accounts
Accurately build, manage, and forecast sales pipeline activity
Prospect for new clients through networking, cold outreach, and other proactive business development strategies
Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services aligned to client needs
Regularly collaborate with operations, contracts, marketing, and technical teams to support deal execution and client success
Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and cross-functional partners to drive revenue growth
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities entering the organization
Qualification
Required

Deep understanding of the clinical trial market, competitive landscape, and YPrime's solutions and services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas within the clinical research space
Strong business-to-business sales experience with pharmaceutical companies and CROs
Excellent selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong research, strategic analysis, and opportunity qualification capabilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with proactive outreach
High attention to detail with strong organizational and performance monitoring skills
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of operational or business development experience selling solutions or services to pharmaceutical companies and CROs
