Main Line Health is seeking a Registration Scheduling Specialist at their Concordville location. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new patients, providing excellent customer service and assisting them in understanding their financial responsibilities and available services.

Collect and capture accurate patient data

Provide excellent, empathetic customer service

Help patients understand their financial responsibility and services available to them

Interact with nursing staff, other departments, physician offices, medical offices, and the general public as needed

Qualification

Required

2+ years of customer service experience

Excellent customer service and computer skills

Preferred

Minimum of 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting

Knowledge of medical terminology

Knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement

High school diploma preferred
