Responsibilities

Provide senior-level exercise planning and execution support to I MEF

Support development and management of exercise plans, schedules, and objectives

Coordinate exercise planning activities with internal staff sections and external stakeholders

Support logistics, funding, and administrative coordination for exercises and training events

Participate in planning conferences, working groups, and execution reviews

Analyze exercise outcomes and support after-action reporting and improvement initiatives

Identify risks and issues during exercise planning and execution and recommend solutions

Prepare briefings and reports for senior leadership

Operate independently while delivering senior-level exercise planning expertise

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent military experience)

10+ years of experience in exercise planning or operational training support

Active TS/SCI clearance

Preferred

Joint or combined exercise planning experience

Familiarity with joint exercise lifecycle processes
