Senior Assoc-Digital Product Mgmt

Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring day-to-day prioritization reflects business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for identity verification and AML capabilities
Partner with engineering to ensure stories are understood, delivered, and meet quality standards
Monitor and measure product performance, ensuring capabilities achieve intended outcomes and identifying opportunities for optimization
Support Agile delivery through PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other ceremonies
Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate feature requirements into actionable user stories, measurable outcomes, and implementation plans
Work across adjacent product teams to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive end-to-end identity and AML experience
Maintain a healthy, well-groomed backlog with clearly defined ready-for-execution stories
Proactively manage sprint and backlog hygiene—anticipating delivery challenges, surfacing risks early, and providing timely status updates to keep partners aligned
Qualification
Required
Product analyst experience within an Agile-Scrum environment
Proven ability to execute against a product vision, strategy, and a prioritized backlog
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional environments, influence decisions, and drive shared outcomes
Strong relationship management skills across business units and key functional areas
Ability to self-start, operate in ambiguity, and work independently
Balanced technical fluency and business acumen
Ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive continuous improvement
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and openly share knowledge and experiences with the team
Preferred
Product experience within the SAFe Agile environment
Experience reviewing and refining discovery outcomes for new products or enhancements
Experience in a regulated environment with knowledge of compliance, controls, data governance, and integrity processes
