Responsibilities
Drive organizational performance by refining and executing a comprehensive talent and performance strategy that creates clarity, accountability, and sustained development across all levels
Forecast and shape workforce strategy through proactive planning, organizational design, and succession initiatives that anticipate business needs and enable long-term scalability
Elevate culture and engagement by designing programs that strengthen belonging, purpose, and connection, ensuring employees feel inspired and invested in the company’s success
Lead change and transformation by driving alignment, communication, and adoption across major organizational initiatives, ensuring stability and focus through growth and transition
Optimize people operations by overseeing HR systems, benefits, compliance, and total rewards with a focus on automation, scalability, and data-driven decision-making
Design scalable processes that balance operational rigor with a people-first philosophy, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all people programs
Advise and influence leadership as a trusted partner to the CEO, CLO, and executive team on organizational health and talent strategies
Inspire and mentor a high-performing People team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the function
Qualification
Required
10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
5+ years in a senior/executive role
Experience covering multi-site, operationally complex businesses
A proven track record of leading and scaling people functions in a dynamic and fast-growing organization
A strong background in performance management, workforce planning, HR operations, and culture/engagement initiatives
Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Exceptional business acumen, data orientation, and ability to influence at the executive level
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Experience in tech, hospitality, services, or retail preferred
