Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management for event-based marketing initiatives, from planning through execution and measurement
Build and manage integrated campaign plans that align events with digital, content, and demand-generation activities
Coordinate cross-functional teams including events, digital marketing, content, analytics, and customer experience
Establish clear timelines, milestones, and execution frameworks to keep programs on track
Identify risks, remove blockers, and adapt plans to keep delivery moving forward
Drive continuous improvement in how event marketing programs are planned, executed, and reported
Ensure programs are focused on impact and outcomes, not just activity
