Senior Management

Responsibilities

Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret Right of Way agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses
Research and collect real property-related project documents
Translate data from Right of Way documentation into the stakeholder management database
Perform quality assurance reviews of database entries from Right of Way field agents
Present technical data to Right of Way project teams
Prepare and submit permit applications for project teams
Prepare project status, technical, and acquisition reports for project teams and client management
Assist with document preparation, control, meeting agendas, and other project-related activities
Assist with subcontractor management including review of contracts, invoices, and change orders
Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and establishment of project objectives
Ensure compliance with company, site safety, and motor vehicle safety policies
Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards

Required

Ability to read and understand title reports, appraisal reports, and land surveys
Demonstrated knowledge of general real estate law and title work
Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Demonstrated presentation skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Experience with database system management
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license and ability to maintain company driving privileges
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years of Right of Way acquisition, relocation, eminent domain, project management, and/or real estate experience required, or Applicable experience may substitute for degree requirement: High School + 8 years relevant experience, Associate's Degree + 6 years relevant experience, Bachelor's Degree + 4 years relevant experience

Preferred

SR/WA designation or other IRWA certification
Real Estate Broker or Sales License
Utilities Right of Way experience
Stakeholder coordination and reporting
QA/QC support experience
Project documentation management
