Required

BSEE and 12+ years of industry experience in flow development, synthesis constraints development / STA is a must
MSEE and 10+ years of industry experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
Must be a self-starter and a strong team player
Candidates will primarily be responsible Design and integration
Expected to handle minimal timing / synthesis / flow work

Preferred

A strong design background is preferred
Strong scripting/automation experience using Python / Perl
