Responsibilities
Partnering with the AVP, you will work with business and IT teams to assess and prioritize AI initiatives that enhance decision-making, accuracy, and efficiency. You will also oversee end-to-end requirements for AI initiatives, from discovery through approval
Define and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI solutions
Produce and manage core artifacts, including process maps, swim lanes, data flows, and use-case documentation
Translate business needs into technical requirements and support backlog prioritization within Agile workflows
Assessed business processes and data flows to uncover inefficiencies and automation opportunities
Designed AI-enabled workflows aligned to business use cases, including generative AI, intelligent document processing, and AI agents
Worked closely with engineering and data science teams to pilot, validate, and implement AI solutions while ensuring business alignment
Led user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, execution tracking, and issue resolution
Established and monitored KPIs to measure AI impact, including time savings, accuracy improvements, revenue enablement, and error reduction
Evaluated adoption, performance, and business outcomes to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required, with preferred emphasis in Information Systems, Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, Finance or related field
2 – 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; able to influence, synthesize input from multiple parties, and drive alignment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and action
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including building structured analyses and executive-ready presentations
Experience working with Python (and ideally SQL or data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau) to explore data, run analyses, or prototype solutions
Familiarity with generative AI tools, large language models, or automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Power Automate, UiPath) and an understanding of how they can be embedded in business workflows
Understanding of core software delivery concepts (e.g., Agile, backlog management, UAT, release planning)
Preferred
Experience within financial services industry is preferred, however, candidates from all backgrounds will be considered
