Responsibilities
SuccessFactors Solution Architect include client consultation, process analysis, system configuration (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation & Learning), training, and resolving technical issues
Consulting and analysis: Work with clients to understand their HR processes and business needs and advise on how SuccessFactors can meet those needs
Configuration and implementation: Design, configure, and maintain specific SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Performance Management (PMGM)
Support and training: Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of the system
Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system performance problems
Integration: Deep knowledge on seamless integration between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC systems
Documentation: Develop and maintain configuration guides and user manuals
Staying current: Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Experience with SuccessFactors modules
Knowledge of HR processes
