They are seeking a Sr. Staff Accountant to support the Accounting and Finance team by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Daily bank reporting and cash reconciliation

Monthly preparation of journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, expense account analysis vs budget and bank reconciliations

Monthly project revenue recognition review

Collaborate with project teams when needed to ensure accurate cost reporting and revenue recognition

Assist in developing and implementing accounting internal control procedures and documentation

Support external and internal audits

Prepare and compile annual incurred cost submissions in accordance with regulatory requirements

Maintain organized records of cost submissions, adjustments and audit findings
