Responsibilities

You will lead & inspire: Build inclusive, high-performing teams with a culture of curiosity and psychological safety

You will own delivery: Drive end-to-end software delivery, ensuring operational excellence and leveraging DORA metrics

You will shape technology: Set technical direction for web, microservices, cloud platforms, and event-driven architectures

You will adopt AI responsibly: Integrate tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Amazon Q to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment

You will collaborate: Partner with Product, Security, Architects, Project Management, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions

You will foster innovation: Promote continuous learning and operational excellence, influencing within the team and beyond

You will drive initiatives: Lead the design and implementation of software projects, collaborating across teams to achieve results

You will shape our roadmap: Define and evolve the technology roadmap to meet customer and business needs

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field

7-10 years of directly related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

5+ years in software engineering

2+ years leading teams delivering complex, distributed systems end-to-end

Strong written communication

High bar for code quality and design

Experience with modern web frameworks (Angular, React)

Experience with mobile frameworks (Swift, Kotlin)

Experience with microservices (Java SpringBoot, .NET)

Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Experience with CI/CD

Experience with event driven architecture (EDA)

Experience with observability practices (New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, etc.)

Preferred

Familiarity with AI-assisted development

Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
